Coaching and Mentoring

Target Learners: Supervisors, Leaders, and those involved in coaching and mentoring in a work environment, and those wanting to take on the role of Coach or mentor.

The aim of this course is to introduce participants to key knowledge, attitudes and skills pertaining to mentoring and coaching in the work environment. There are many levels of coaching and mentoring, and this course focuses on coaching a team member in order to enhance individual performance at work.
