Cisco Firewall Technologies

A firewall is a network security device that monitors incoming and outgoing network traffic and decides how to handle it based on a defined set of security rules. Due to the evolution of networking and security threats firewall systems have recently evolved beyond simple packet filtering and stateful inspection. This course focuses on the three flagship Cisco’s firewall platforms – Firepower Threat Defense (FTD), Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) and IOS Firewall.
