To go even further,‚ÄØ hubris‚ÄØis the action step of arrogance; it blinds a leader not only to their own actions, but to the effect those actions have on others.¬†Hubris¬†often leads to negative consequences – missed deadlines, failed projects¬†-¬†but it often results in disenchanted and disengaged employees.¬†That’s¬†the effect of failed leadership.¬†
