Characteristics of High Performance Teams

High performance teams want to use all of the information they have in order to make smart business decisions. They understand that may come from a variety of sources, including one another and their client or customer base. The team is confident enough with its ability to work collaboratively when it comes time for big projects because members spend ample time working together on smaller initiatives as well. All-in-all, high performing teams share three traits: being able to get along with each other; having diverse skills; and knowing how important teamwork is within an organization’s success overall.
