Challenging Your Assumptions

Interpersonal interactions at work can be challenging, whether they’re with customers, colleagues, or business partners. Sometimes we take a comment personally without realizing the underlying assumptions we brought into it. This audio-only course is led by Stephanie Wagner (NBC-HWC), a board-certified health and wellness coach with a passion for mindfulness and meditation. In this course, you’ll practice a method for developing interpersonal insight by reflecting on a challenging social interaction you faced at work. you’ll also learn how your beliefs and assumptions can shape and distort your perception of events. And finally, you’ll learn how to use this interpersonal insight in communication challenges you might face in the future. After this course, you’ll have a new perspective to bring into interpersonal environments.
