California Workplace Violence Prevention

California Law requires company specific information in the course. The course alone will NOT satisfy the SB 553 requirements. The State of California has enacted into law Senate Bill 553, which requires the majority of California employers to implement a robust Workplace Violence Prevention Program. This SAI360 training course is based specifically on this extremely comprehensive law. It meets all of the non-customization requirements in the law’s four areas of focus: Plan Governance, Plan Contents, Violent Incident Log, and Plan Employee Training. Please also note that California law requires that work-assignment-specific training on hazards associated with an individual’s assignment be provided above and beyond this course.
