California Understanding Harassment: 03. Understanding Offenders

In our California Understanding Harassment: 03. Understanding Offenders course, we will explore which personality types are most likely to engage in sexual harassment to enhance your understanding of sexual harassment in the workplace. In this course, we will name the seven personality types most likely to engage in sexual harassment and explain what behaviors these personalities may exhibit that count as workplace harassment. We will also explore the main methods offenders use to harass their targets to help you protect yourself and report harassment if you experience or witness it in the workplace.
