California Understanding Harassment: 02. Creating a Healthy Culture

As the second part in our California Understanding Harassment series, our California Understanding Harassment: 02. Creating a Healthy Culture course explores what you can do to develop a healthy working environment for every employee. Sexual harassment can occur in the workplace if there is a culture that allows, tolerates or ignores these behaviors. In this course, we’ll explore best practices on how to set the tone and develop a harassment-free workplace. We’ll explore how to ensure you’re using appropriate language, how to socialize outside of the workplace, how to handle business trips and how to provide anti-harassment training to your employees.
