The California Anti-Harassment: 07. Anti-Harassment Review course reviews the key points brought up in the previous six courses to boost your knowledge. This course begins by reviewing the California law that established workplace protections against sexual harassment. From there, we will review the definitions and types of harassment and what constitutes actionable sexual harassment behavior in the workplace under the law. We’ll also go over how to conduct an effective investigation when sexual harassment occurs, what anti-harassment company policy should look like and how to take action if harassment occurs. This course also reviews best practices for reporting sexual harassment and the responsibilities managers have when it comes to preventing and taking action against harassment in the workplace.
