Our California Anti-Harassment: 03. Anti-Harassment for Managers course reviews your duties and obligations as a manager when it comes to preventing and reporting sexual harassment, with a special focus on the laws that apply to California. In this course, we’ll begin by reviewing the workplace training you should receive as a manager according to California law. From there, we’ll address when workplace behaviors constitute sexual harassment under the law and discuss your job as a manager when it comes to preventing, monitoring and reporting harassment. We’ll also explain the two types of workplace harassment under California law and identify the behaviors that count as sexual harassment. We’ll also provide tips on how to review and revise your company’s anti-harassment policy to ensure it complies with the law and go over what you should do if an employee comes to you with a sexual harassment complaint.
