BSA – Frontline and Deposit Operations: Recordkeeping, OFAC and Information Sharing

There are a wide variety of rules within the Bank Secrecy Act that, in many situations, become the responsibility of the bank’s frontline staff, who open accounts, accept deposits, and facilitate funds transfers. In this course we will discuss some of the other parts to BSA that were not included in separate courses within the Bank Secrecy Act for Frontline and Deposit Operations Staff. These includes recordkeeping for monetary instruments and wires, OFAC, and information sharing.
