BSA – Frontline and Deposit Operations: CDD and Beneficial Ownership

This course discusses the new 5th Pillar to the Bank Secrecy Act which was enacted in May of 2016 by FinCEN with a mandatory effective date of May 11, 2018. The course provides learners with an overview of the four core elements of a customer due diligence program including details on the new Beneficial Ownership rules.
