Bridge Resource Management, sometimes referred to as Human Factor Training, is designed specifically for the Maritime industry and focuses on human behaviour and reducing human error.

This course aims to improve the knowledge of seafarers in managing the threats and errors typical in maritime operations, and provide a thorough understanding of the human-machine, human-environment, and human-human interfaces in the maritime industry.
