Understanding body language can be a key to success in the workplace. Body language that communicates confidence and competence is important for those who want their messages across clearly, while those with poor posture or nervousness may simply not get through to another person. The individual’s physical context – such as location of people around them – should also factor into how they choose to deliver their message.
