Through this training, course takers will gain a better understanding of diversity and the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action, and how they differ from each other. Takers will also learn why it’s essential to have a diverse work environment and how it can increase the productivity of the business. This training provides information on cultural competence and how to use that awareness to be more effective in the workplace.
