Being an Effective Gatekeeper

You have to know how people will react and your predictive skills are a key factor in this job. You need to be able to differentiate between the fake, real, or genuine person that is trying their best not just for themselves but also for you. When it comes down to work with those gatekeepers at hand, they must always keep one thing in mind: “No matter what happens while we’re working together.” This means getting along as fast as possible because if there’s any relationship outside of work going on then things could get messy quickly and cause unnecessary tension within the workplace.
