This practice can be done anywhere and anytime, whether or not there’s a yoga mat present. Once you have completed this course, you will understand how breath and movement work together to relieve tension from the body and increase flexibility. You will gain a practical coping strategy you can take with you into your home, your office, or wherever you go throughout the day.
