In Part A of our Becoming a Coaching Manager course, we discuss the expansion of your managerial role to embrace the coaching role as well. You will learn how to adopt best practices of the manager-coach role to help you improve your current traditional manager role. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to use the 5 basic principles of coaching to develop the potential of each team member.
