Basic Life Support (Australia and New Zealand)

The Basic Life Support course is refresher training developed to provide healthcare professionals with a general understanding of how to respond in an emergency situation. The course is designed to be consistent with the Australian and New Zealand Committee on Resuscitation (ANZCOR) guidelines. Basic Life Support teaches based on the DRSABCD structure, as outlined by ANZCOR. This course is endorsed by the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA) for continuing professional development (CPD)-endorsed health and aged care.
