Banking: The Military Lending Act

In this course on the Military Lending Act, or MLA, we’ll talk about the protections included in this act, who qualifies for it, and the types of loans that are covered. This act came as a result of lenders targeting military service members with predatory loans that had punishing interest rates, fees, and terms. By the end of this course, you’ll know about the protections the MLA provides to service members and their families to protect their financial wellbeing.
