Banking: Loan Processing – 03. Compliance

The third step of loan processing is compliance. In this course, Loan Processing – 03. Compliance, you will learn what this step entails. You’ll learn that within three days of completing and verifying an application, the lender will provide you with a loan estimate and closing costs. This estimate will show you costs associated with the settlement, including fees and all insurances such as mortgage, hazard, and title. In 2015, federal changes were made to make the loan process more transparent, and this course will go over those new requirements.
