Banking: Loan Processing – 02. Verification

The second step of loan processing is verification. In this course, Loan Processing – 02. Verification, you will learn what the process is for verifying information and how it is performed. You’ll learn that the bank obtains your necessary information and validates that information before approving a loan. This includes your employment and income. Then, the bank will package the loan application and send it to the underwriter. Additionally, the loan processor will get an appraisal of the property, obtain your credit report, and most likely, perform a title search.
