Balance Initiative and Restraint

Today’s society is constantly changing with new trends and technologies. This can make it difficult to keep up, but being flexible in today’s fast-paced world will allow you to take advantage of the changes that are happening around us. One way we do this is by taking initiative when we need change whether it be career or personal matters. Taking a step back allows for time to think about what needs done so action can happen at just the right moment rather than getting overwhelmed because things happened too quickly or not enough thought was put into making decisions first hand.
