Back of the House: 04. Kitchen Safety

The Back of the House: 04. Kitchen Safety elearning course provides a general overview of kitchen safety to help mitigate accidents and hazards in your restaurant. In this course, we’ll begin by outlining what the proper dress code is for kitchen workers to ensure their safety. From there, we will review fall and injury prevention, including sprains, strains, nerve injuries and chemical burns and spills. We’ll also address safe equipment use and what to do in case there’s an emergency.
