Our Back of the House: 01. Introduction to Restaurant Cuisine course reviews the basics of restaurant cuisine and meal service to provide you with a general understanding of how to run a restaurant. To begin, we will explain the main types of cuisine and the foundations of each. From there, we’ll explore the different types of restaurant serving styles and what to consider when developing your menu.
