Avoiding Wrongful Termination (Manager)

This course will help managers to understand the principle of “at will” employment and the important exceptions to the rule. Upon the completion of this course, managers will be able to identify practices that could create liability and identify methods for effectively handling terminations to minimize the risk of a lawsuit. Preventive measures outlined in this course can be used to help avoid a costly wrongful termination claim.
