Being aware of these classic fallback behaviors helps you avoid them and work on becoming more assertive. You will learn the 5 classic methods that manipulative people use to control people and situations. Find out how to distinguish between influence or leadership and manipulation, which is calculated behavior that masks objectives. To be assertive, learn to be clear in your conversations, listen and be prepared.This course is the second half of the Assertiveness: Know Your Profile module and will take approximately 15 minutes. It features short videos, engaging exercises and quizzes to test your knowledge.
