Antitrust

Antitrust law, also referred to as competition law, addresses the distribution of economic power in business, making sure that healthy competition occurs, economies can grow, and consumers are protected. This course will give you an overview of antitrust law, different types of antitrust violations and anticompetitive practices, and penalties that apply for breaking the law.
