Anti-Racism for Leaders: Allyship

Our Anti-Racism for Leaders: Allyship course discusses what you can do, as the leader of an organization, to be an ally to employees who face discrimination. This course takes a look at how to be an ally through the lens of leadership, which we call allyship. We’ll start by explaining what it means to truly be an ally and talk about the steps you can take to become one. We’ll also explore why it’s important to be an ally in the workplace and how to go about doing it in an authentic and impactful way using the LEAP framework.
