Anti-Racism: Calling Out and Calling In

As part of our Anti-Racism education series, the Anti-Racism: Calling Out and Calling In course explains what “calling out” and “calling in” really mean when it comes to anti-racism.

In this course, you will learn the difference between calling out and calling in, including the definition of each term and why these actions are important when it comes to establishing an anti-racist culture in the workplace. We will also explore which scenarios warrant calling someone out versus situations where it is more effective to call someone in, and we’ll review talking points for effective communication in both scenarios. We will also cover important details to keep in mind when engaging in either of these actions. This course includes a video presentation and downloadable student materials for future reference.
