Anti-Harassment and Discrimination – US Comprehensive

This configurable course provides an in-depth review of the topic of sexual harassment and other forms of offensive and discriminating behavior. It defines sexual harassment and describes the laws and company policies that prohibit harassment and discrimination. Learners self-assign based on their city or state and role as a manager or non-manager. The course satisfies the time requirements of California, *Chicago and Connecticut (*Chicago learners must also take the separate, 1-hour “Bystander Training for Chicago” course). It satisfies all other city and state training requirements in the United States.
