The second piece in our Anti-Harassment series is the Anti-Harassment: 02. Anti-Harassment for Managers course. Designed for those with direct reports, this course highlights your responsibilities as a manager when it comes to preventing and reporting sexual harassment in the workplace. All employees have a right to a safe working environment that’s free of harassment and exploitation. This elearning course provides you with the tools you need to recognize and report harassment if it occurs. It also provides direction on how to set the tone by developing a higher standard of behavior for yourself and others and highlights how to create policy that acts as an effective deterrent for workplace sexual harassment. This course includes a video, downloadable student material for future reference, and concludes with a final exam so you can test your knowledge.
