An Introduction to MARPOL

The aim of this Introduction to MARPOL is to provide seafarers with some insight into the various parts that make up the MARPOL convention. This course is a precursor to the short courses that cover the detail of specific annexes to the MARPOL convention. All seafarers should be familiar with the annexes that directly relate to his/her working environment.
