An Introduction to Conflict Resolution

Even though conflict is not always negative, it does have the potential to turn out that way. As people are inherently different, they will often disagree with one another on issues because of this difference in opinion. When these differences come to light there might be a disagreement between two or more parties involved which can lead into an argument and then potentially even violence depending on how far it goes before someone steps in for mediation or intervention by creating peace between them through their words as well as actions so the situation doesn’t escalate any further than necessary.
