Americans with Disabilities Act for Employees

Our Americans with Disabilities Act for Employees course covers the basics of the Act, including the original content and 2008 amendments, to help you better understand how employees with disabilities are protected under the law. In this course, we will review who is included under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and discuss the protections it provides. We’ll also discuss the history of the Act and explain what is expected from employers under the law.
