Ageism

In this micro-learning course, ‘Ageism’, you will explore the basics of what it means to discriminate based on age, or perceived age, and how we can prevent it and make sure that workplaces are safe and inclusive spaces for all.

Maybe you have heard the phrase, ‘age is just a number’. Sadly, some people still hold close-minded beliefs about age and how it can limit performance. In this course, we’ll explore the different forms that ageism can take and describe how you can play your part in ensuring people are not discriminated against due to their age.
