Affirmative Action Programs for Government Contractors (Overview)

This training overviews U.S. Government contractors’ and subcontractors’ affirmative action program (AAP) obligations, including equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination expectations. It introduces AAPs that these organizations need to develop pertaining to women and minorities, individuals with disabilities, and protected veterans. It introduces the general elements of each program and addresses the distinction between equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
