In the Navigating the Broken Rung course, you’ll learn how to show your employer that you’re ready for a leadership position. Experts say that women have more difficulty reaching top-level positions; this is what’s meant by the ‚Äúbroken rung” while climbing the corporate ladder. While advancing in your career can and should be exciting, it’s important to be aware of built-in obstacles in order to navigate them. In this course, you’ll discover ways to show you’re ready for a promotion. We’ll talk about having a leadership mindset, continuously learning, honing your skills, and taking initiative. Finally, we’ll share how to address unfairness in the workplace in a professional manner.
