Adaptive Suite New Zealand: Misleading Conduct and Competition Law

This course covers important information about the law related to misleading business practices and anti-competitive conduct. It explains organisations’ obligations not to engage in certain unfair practices and not to engage in anti-competitive behaviour. It explores the types of misleading conduct and restrictive trade practices that are prohibited by law and how businesses can meet their legal obligations to compete fairly with integrity. It also covers the powers of the Commerce Commission and consequences of breaching competition and consumer law.
