In the Acting Inclusively microcourse, you’ll learn the skills needed to build strong relationships with diverse colleagues. You’ll learn how to use curiosity conversations to better understand and appreciate colleagues, how to navigate difficult conversations, and how to truly be an ally for others.

This microcourse uses videos and interactive exercises to help you identify actionable steps towards doing your part in creating an inclusive environment that both champions and harnesses the power of diversity.
