Acting Effectively on a Team

This course provides effective tools that employees can use to become valued and high-performing contributors in a team working environment. First, you’ll discover the different stages and roles within a team, and gain tips on how to define your own role to gain clarity on your tasks and mission. Learn effective communication and conflict resolution techniques that will help your team work cohesively, and discover how to show your commitment to the group. Since communication is key, you will be asked to complete a self-assessment to determine your main communication style and set goals for improvement. This course includes illuminating case studies, links to additional information, bookmarking and printable worksheets. Take the final exam at the end to earn a Certificate of Completion.
