Harassment Prevention (Remote – Global – Non-Supervisor)

Covers Non-Supervisors outside of the US. Organizations around the globe are taking measures to ensure a working environment that is safe, inclusive and harassment-free. Following the #MeToo movement, companies are looking for harassment training that is engaging and relevant for a diverse workforce is an important step in building a positive workplace and educating employees on their rights and responsibilities. This course will help employees recognize the many forms harassment can take, and will guide them through strategies, solutions, and best practices when it comes to identifying, reporting, and preventing harassment in their workplace.
