Harassment Prevention (Remote – US – Non-Supervisor)

For US Employees in states other than CA, CO, CT, DE, IL, ME, NY and WA. The news is filled with stories about harassment and discrimination. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has issued guidelines for employers across the U.S. that recommends they ‚“should provide [harassment prevention] training to all employees to ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities.‚” This course will help employees recognize the many forms harassment can take, and will guide them through strategies, solutions, and best practices when it comes to identifying, reporting, and preventing harassment in their workplace.
