Everyone deserves the right to go to work and do their job free of sexual harassment. Managers play a pivotal role in creating a safe and welcoming workplace where such behaviour is not tolerated. This Managers’ Responsibilities Towards Sexual Harassment course is designed to educate management on the critical significance of preventing and addressing sexual harassment within the workplace, and how to identify, prevent, and address sexual harassment issues effectively. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the legal responsibilities outlined in the Respected Work Amendment Act of 2021, direction on identifying, reporting, and addressing incidents of sexual harassment, and strategies for fostering a workplace culture that values respect, inclusivity, and open communication.
