However, when bacteria comes into contact with food with the right conditions, that food can quickly become contaminated. This What is Bacteria course will assist your people in knowing their safety and hygienic requirements, minimising the chances of a food poison outbreak in your business. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt about what bacteria is, how we come into contact with bacteria, the different types of bacteria, what is contaminated food and conditions that encourage bacteria growth.
