The Easy Guide to Chain of Responsibility

The Chain of Responsibility (CoR) is a law that deals with the loading, unloading and movement of heavy vehicles. If you are named as a party in the chain of responsibility (CoR) and you are able to control or influence any transport task, then you have a responsibility to ensure that the Heavy Vehicle National Law is complied with. This Easy Guide to Chain of Responsibility course will allow workers to determine if they are a part of the CoR, and if so, what responsibilities they have to ensure compliance.
