WHS Induction: Accident Incident Reporting

Incident and hazard reporting is an integral part of a risk management system and a legislative requirement. Good communication and consultation is essential for a safer and healthier workplace. This Accident Incident Reporting course will highlight the critical role you can play in promoting safety within our workplace by identifying hazards and reporting near misses. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the definition and significance of near misses, the alarming statistics that underscore their importance; and the impact your reports can have. This course is one part of a 50 part WHS Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing workers.
