Clearly, everyone has the right to work in an environment free from bullying, harassment, discrimination and violence. Bullying in the workplace is illegal and can erode self-esteem, cause anger, shock, a loss of confidence and increased sense of vulnerability. This Harassment & Bullying course will highlight the responsibilities of both workers and management and help build an environment free of bullying. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt what is bullying, what isn‚It’t bullying, how bullying impacts on victims and witnesses, and the steps that you should take if you are the victim of bullying. This course is one part of a 36 part Induction Series aimed at blue-collar workers.
