Personal Protective Equipment

Personal protective equipment is necessary in many working environments to protect us from numerous occupational hazards. From a health and safety perspective, supplying the PPE to your workforce is just one half of the process, making sure it is properly fitted, maintained and worn when it should be, is the other half. This Personal Protective Equipment course takes a look at the various types of PPE and when it should be worn. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the importance of selecting the appropriate PPE for a particular task, and maintaining your PPE to maximise its effectiveness. This course is one part of a 36 part Induction Series aimed at blue-collar workers.
