According to the World Health Organisation, mental health is defined as a state of wellbeing in which every individual realises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community. This Wellbeing course will provide coping strategies for those workers your office workers feeling the effects of stress and worry. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt how to recognise the signs when pressures are beginning to affect your wellbeing, how to boost your wellbeing and what to do if you feel you may be affected by depression or anxiety. This course is one part of an 18 part Office Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing office workers.
